Help with gta iv display settings on ps3 gta 4 close 6 posted by 6 years ago archived help with gta iv display settings on ps3 gta 4 bought several gta games a couple of weeks back during the big psn sale and finally sat down to play gta iv yesterday, but good grief am i having some terrible graphics issues. Gta 4 ps3 display settings. Impossible this version is based on the "next gen" gta v not the ps3 360 version set everything to normal 1080p (really 720 but whatever) and crank it all down there you go the consoles oh and cap it to 30 fps for the ultimate "next gen" experience *giggle* normal settings is the equivalent of the old-gen consoles, though.

Gta iv looks biblically better on the pc then it does on the 360 i'm playing gta iv on the 360 at the moment on a palsonic 40" lcdtv and the game looks great but not super i'm sitting back on my couch adjusting the colour, brightness, contrast and sharpness on my tv to make gta iv look it's best and i found my perfect settingscolour 50. By boyd chan in display, imaging, lcd, led, technology; it seems that grand theft auto 4 has a bug in it when you attempt to play it on computers with video cards with more than 2gb ram on board. gta 4 ends up thinking that the computer has insufficient resources to play the game on anything other than the absolute lowest settings.. Somebody found these when gta 4 was first released on the pc xbox 360 settings resolution 1280 x 720 @ 20 -30 fps texture quality medium reflection resolution medium water quality medium shadow quality high render quality low view distance 21/100 detail distance 10/100 vehicle density 33/100 shadow density does not exist on the xbox 360 definition off vsync off.
