A way to fix the annoying way under specs vram in gta iv is to create a text document in the gta iv installation folder (ie: c:program files (x86)steamsteamappscommongtaivgtaiv) called commandlinetxt and put the following text in that document: -availablevidmem 20 and then save it on my pc it adds hundreds of mb so i put in -availablevidmem 200, and i now have something like 1994mb.
